Nicola Florio, the current owner of the artesian cheese factory of Agerola" being that he married Giuseppina Mandara, Carmine's daughter has inherited all the dairy passion and art that in the Mandara family had been transmitted from father to son. In fact, the dairy activities of the Mandara family is spent at night time when the father transmits to the son those small secrets of artesian methods which make the products that they transform of superior quality so as to enhance the taste buds of any refined gourmet.
