Welcome to the culinary world of Mr Filbert, and his range of really interesting snacks. Our innovative food brand has tempted the taste buds of fine food aficionados far and wide, winning over 30 taste and food industry awards since its start up in 2010.

As the fastest growing snack brand in the UK market place, Filberts Fine Foods has developed a delicious range of fusion snack recipes at its SALSA food accredited site in glorious Somerset, close to Glastonbury Tor. Available at discerning outlets throughout the UK and exported to 13 overseas food markets, we were also proud to be one of the selected snack providers for the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Mr Filbert's distinctive nut and snack recipes are hot-air roasted then tumbled with 100% natural ingredients using a unique production method, making them tastier and healthier for you than traditional oil fried snacks. We use local honey, fresh herbs, chilli and hand foraged wild garlic from local sources, and each recipe is free from gluten and diary as well as artificial flavours, colours and preservatives.
