Company Fanon d.o.o. is a family business and 100% Croatian. The company was founded on the needs of the animal feed market, but also on the desire to introduce new concepts for farms that have emerged as a result of listening and working on farms. The company employs 120 people and operates at several locations. Currently Fanon d.o.o. Maintains a large part of the free feed market in the Republic of Croatia and belongs to the absolute top of the commercial animal producer.

With diligence and constant investment in knowledge, the company has found a market-oriented position close to competing manufacturers with many years of tradition. This required individualized access to the customer, maximum use of their own resources, goat care, microclimatic conditions, etc. The development of the R & D sector and cooperation with leading European universities and laboratories confirmed that the company's orientation was both proactive and is innovative.

To ensure quality assurance, the most demanding and prestigious quality systems in Europe (QS, GMP +, VLOG, Pastus +, KAT, A-Futter, FSSC 22000, ISCC with ISO and HACCP) have been implemented. All these certificates have contributed to the export and created a serious network of professional nutritionists with external partners and employees. The main markets besides Croatia (where standard feed is predominant) are innovative products for the markets of Hungary, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Austria, Germany and Greece.

In the B2B segment, Fanon d.o.o. managed to impose private labeling on the products and concepts that make it unique on the market. He also succeeded in forcing foreign partners such as Mühldorfer in the production of horse food, which are sold today by Amazons and Deuts under the brand Gelamin. In view of the company's goal of being more competitive in various imported products and competitiveness in a large European market, the company is taking action to increase its contact network and to get new customers.
