Grand Ballroom comprises contiguous space of 4,000 square metre is recognize by Malaysia Book of Records as “The Largest Subterranean Pillarless Ballroom in Malaysia” that can accommodate 400 round banquet tables or 8000 seats for any conference. The Grand Ballroom also can be partitioned into four (4) smaller hall for a greater flexibility.

In the bigger events, 2,000 square metre Grand Foyer can be extend out to accommodate another 150 round banquet tables. The door between the Grand Ballroom and Grand Foyer can be opened wide so that there is an integration between both.

There are 13 Function Rooms including two (2) VIP Rooms and one (1) boardroom that will allow guests to hold meetings or functions in smaller groups with the capacity ranging from 50 up to 200 person of various set-up

Setia Spice Convention Centre is the first Hybrid Solar Powered convention centre and it is also Eco Green GBI Siwbr certified. A 4000 M2 pillarless ballroom's maximum capacity of 8000 pax theatre seating is supported by 13 function rooms. Both on the lower & ground floors. A top the convention centre is the largest 6 - acres green rooftops in Malaysia, suitable for soft outdoor events
