Our small dedicated team know the Paravan chairs well and have experience of other brands (e.g.Balder) and we are aware of all the advantages of PARAVAN. The all-important design of the chairs was the main selling point for me, together with the options/extras available and the immediately evident high standard of workmanship. Having an engineer in the UK and Ireland , trained by Paravan is also very important too.

Rob, my husband, heads up our support team and has trained with Paravan and is a vital part of E-R Mobility Solutions. He does all the measurements prior to your chair being made and is there when your chair is delivered to you. The after sales service and care is very important and we undertake to give a speedy response, and where a repair or adjustment is deemed to be necessary, an engineer will be with you, in the UK and Ireland, within 24 hours.
