Dunlop Suspension Systems has a proud history in Coventry dating back to 1890. The company pioneered the development of electronically controlled air suspension (ECAS) systems, beginning in 1990. Working closely with major vehicle manufacturers, we have successfully supplied and integrated air suspension systems all over the world and now offer air suspension systems to smaller customers in the vehicle conversion market.

Testing Facilities

All products, especially those used in automotive applications, are subject to wear and tear imposed upon them by the environment in which they operate. Discovering how products will behave within these environments over time, or simulating operating modes to assess conformance to a specification, are specialities of Dunlop Suspension Systems. All of the air suspension products developed and manufactured by Dunlop Suspension Systems are subject to these rigorous tests

Our test facility has been performing environmental validation and performance tests for over 50 years. We are able to capture and recreate virtually any environment to simulate accelerated real-world conditions of corrosion, humidity, temperature, thermal shock, vibration and vehicle load inputs to name but a few. These extensive tests are one of the many reasons why our air suspensions have been world class for decades.
