A vision to transform cardiology

We believe our technology has the power to transform the way that heart disease is identified and subsequently treated. Through our ground breaking MCG technology, we aim to reduce the economic burden on healthcare systems worldwide.
Creavo Medical Technologies Ltd is a UK-based, privately held medical device company that is developing innovative diagnostic technologies.
The company was formed to bring to market the innovative technology developed by Professor Ben Varcoe, Chair of Quantum Information Science at the University of Leeds and has facilities in Leeds, Coventry UK and a US office in Boston MA.
Creavo Medical Technologies has an experienced management team, with a mix of research, medical device, manufacturing, global regulatory and clinical strategy specialists.

Creavo’s Magnetocardiography (MCG) technology
Putting game-changing technology in your hands

MCG (magnetocardiography) has existed for decades, but only Creavo has managed to make this deployable at the patient’s bedside. Creavo believes the device has the power to transform the way busy hospital departments operate by significantly reducing disruption to patient care.

The unique advantages of Creavo’s Magnetocardiography (MCG) Technology

Creavo’s magnetocardiography (MCG) technology detects and analyses the minute magnetic signals associated with the heart’s electrical activity via a non-invasive scan within a few minutes. The scan results aid healthcare professionals to rule out active Ischaemia in patients presenting with symptoms consistent with those of acute coronary syndrome.

Corsens® is a platform technology that measures, displays and reports electromagnetic fluctuations generated by the activity of the heart.
Creavo’s first product to market, Corsens®, will enable healthcare professionals to use the device as an aid to rapidly and accurately rule out patients attending the emergency department with symptoms consistent with those of acute coronary syndrome.
