When Cathy Sweet (Owner and CEO) was a young child, she was bitten by the entrepreneurial spirit. During her childhood, Cathy would collect and trade frogs with kids from around the neighbourhood. Her family worked in real estate and coming from a family of business, she learned the power of negotiation early on.

Cathy began working in the family business while going to university and after she graduated she continued to manage a couple properties while also working for a few Fortune 500 companies. Cathy eventually decided that it was time to focus on her dreams of becoming an entrepreneur in 2003 when she purchased her first real estate property and launched Comztar Commercial Properties.
