U-Assist enables the device holder to summon a contact to remotely access the requesting device. Upon user approval, the invited contact has the ability to fully co-control the requesting device, view the device screen, draw annotations on its screen and much more. At the end of the session, the remote access disconnects. Any new remote support session requires the device holder's proactive consent.
