I founded the Chocolate Arthouse with 3 abiding principles:
• Chocolate must first and foremost taste fantastic and use the finest quality ingredients.
• Chocolate should be as visually beautiful as it is delicious and express my love of art and design.
• Chocolate should be fun - something that amuses you, makes you smile and lifts the heart.
I'm inspired by the modernism movement of artists, with their exciting use of colour and form, still so fresh and vital today. By carefully hand-painting using brushes and airbrushing techniques I create miniature works of art. The coloured cocoa butters I use, give a wonderfully glossy, vibrant finish making each chocolate distinct, with my unique 'house-style'.
