We offer chocolates that are hand-made in England. Co-Founders Joe & Ted Moore worked for sister company Chief Wine Officer – which has run VIP wine tastings for senior business executives in the UK, USA & Europe since 2005.

Based on a love for fine wine and chocolates, and following various requests for corporate gifts, the company created some remarkable chocolate bars designed to go with the wines at these events – and the Chief Chocolate Officer® was born.

THE WINE BARS©
Launched at the Speciality Fine Food Fair in Olympia September 2016 the WINE BARS© were an instant hit and the company now supplies to many independent retailers, wine merchants and delicatessens.

CHOCOLATE & WINE
You can enjoy the flavours in our chocolates with and without wine, however we do believe in flavour matching. We challenge the status quo and the response has been better than we could have anticipated. Don’t listen to that friend or niggle in your head telling you chocolate does not go with wine, it does, and we can prove it – dig in!
