All CHA centres are inspected prior to membership to ensure that they are working to the Quality Standards set by us and a register of all staff working within that centre is maintained to ensure qualifications meet our Quality Standards and once qualified to L3 Certificate in Small Animal Hydrotherapy that they maintain the standard through further training and annual completion of 25 hours continuous professional development. The first aid qualification must be refreshed a minimum of every 2 years and again at level 3.

Our members operate with care, compassion and integrity, giving you the trust and confidence in the quality of treatment and welfare standards of any animal referred.

The Quality Standards are available to download and review on this website and in addition you can identify any centre together with any individual working within that area.
