The Masia Tonicoll project began in 2015 as the culmination of a dream to maintain the production of great wines with Priorat grapes, combined with those from new Solsone`s vineyards, in Catalonia.
?One of the mainstays of this project is our love for the area and the healthy energies that surround us, emerging from work done with love.
?We work with the Carin~ena and Garnatxa negra varieties, which are both indigenous to the Priorat region, and another Mediterranean variety, Syrah.
In the Solsonès area, we have planted Albarin~o, Garnacha blanca, Viogner, Macabeu and tempranillo vineyards which will give us the first wines from this area in 2021, preparing new plantations of French varieties in 2018.
Absolutely no synthetic products are used during production, and the greatest respect is always paid to organic production that also follows the working methods of Biodynamic Agriculture.
