Jos Verhoeven founded C3 Tooling BV in February 2009 with Axel Herden's support. Jos has more than 35 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.

He has been global technical sales manager for Possehl Electronics NV for more than 15 years and he has been focusing on Europe for the last 10 years. He has experience in Quality, Customer service and Logistics. He has a wide experience in business relations and knows the global semiconductor market and many key players in this market. Jos is our adviser and setting the strategy for C3 Tooling BV.

Axel Herden is a graduated tool specialist, trained at Possehl Electronincs in Germany. He was tool designer for Possehl Electronics NV for more than 10 years. He has been a package designer and Projectmanager at one of the market leading Semiconductor producers for the last 10 years. Axel is located in Hamburg, Germany. Axel is C3 Tooling's technical advisor.
