Die Familie Soler Torrens hat aus Liebe zu unserer Insel beschlossen, veralteten oder verfallenen Gebäuden ein zweites Leben zu geben, mit der Verpflichtung, keine weiteren Gebäude zu errichten. Die Marke BySteh Hotels besteht aus drei exklusiven Hotels, von denen zwei bereits eröffnet sind und sich im Nordosten der Insel Mallorca befinden. Das dritte Hotel, das sich noch in der Renovierungsphase befindet, ist ein neues Projekt am Horizont in Cala Figuera im Südosten der Insel. Sie alle folgen stets unserer Linie des Engagements. Das erste Hotel der BySteh-Kette war das Hotel Melbeach & Spa in Canyamel, einem Küstenparadies im Osten von Mallorca.

Unser zweites Hotel in Capdepera ist das Boutique-Hotel Creu de Tau Art & Spa, das erste 4-Sterne-Superior-Hotel in einem historischen Gebäude, einem ehemaligen Kloster und einer Nonnenschule.
