Bulletin Resources Limited (ASX: BNR) is pleased to announce the successful divestment of the Nicholson's Gold Project during July 2016 for a consideration in excess of $20 million.

This strategic sale has resulted in shareholders receiving a substantial In-Specie distribution of Pantoro Ltd shares valued at approximately $15 million or about 8c per share.

Bulletin retains cash and liquid investments of approximately $5 million and is currently on the search for a new flagship project and seeks any interested parties to speak directly with the board.
