Bularmas Ltd has acquired a military factory initially established in 1924 as the first cooperative factory in Bulgaria. Since 1977 it has been producing a full range of parts and components for light/heavy grenade launchers, mortars, guns and other kinds of weapons.

Nowadays Bularmas Ltd is the only one company owner of European and International patent rights for production of WARRIOR SPG-9 and WARRIOR RPG-7.

Bularmas Ltd holds Permisions to manufacture arms and to trade with ones by the General Directorate National Police, part of Ministry of Interior.

Bularmas Ltd holds the following Certificates of Registration by the Interdepartmental Council with the Council of Ministers of Republic of Bulgaria – for transfer and for export and import of defense related products:

- Certificate of Registration for Transfer of Defense Related Products
- Licence for Export and Import of Defense Related Products

Bularmas Ltd is certified and approved for compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 with scope manufacturing, assembling and installation of defense-related products.
