For more than three decades, we have worked alongside restaurants, distributors and retailers, ensuring the highest food safety, animal welfare and employee safety throughout our supply chain. Thanks to our time in the industry, we have become a major player in the production and export of high quality Canadian meats, including bison, elk, horse and beef. Along with our sister company, Viande Richelieu, we own and operate two federally inspected facilities, one in southern Alberta, and the second in Quebec. By controlling the farmland, breeding, livestock, feed and processing of our animals, we ensure nothing but the highest quality across our entire operation.
