We offer 10 spacious and modern self-catering cottages. The cottages are situated high on the slopes of the Mostertshoek Mountain overlooking the Valley. All our cottages are built and decorated alike. Quality fittings and finishes will ensure that you enjoy a luxurious stay.

The owners, Willie Naude and Nelia Retief welcome you to Big Sky Farm. Willie bought the 67 ha farm in 2006 while working as a technical director of television productions and commercials. He planted 1ha of buchu and started with a small herd of Springbok around the main house behind a 2ha game fence (You will see them as you drive up to your cottage). With its beautiful views of the Valley, he saw its potential as a tourism project.

Willie is still working freelance in the film industry and some of his most recent productions include Masterchef SA, Fear Factor, Koekedoor and Kokkedoortjie, to name but a few.

Nelia is a local estate agent for Seeff Properties and she takes care of the marketing and administration for Big Sky Cottages.
