LASER PROCESS DEVELOPMENT

We have 17 years experience in laser process development. Only a few tests with your samples are enough to find a laser process. We also know what is impossible and do not have to waste time and money on expensive tests. We specialize in laser processes for the photovoltaic, organic / flexible electronics, display and lighting technology as well as the automotive industry and special applications for research.

LASER CONTRACT MANUFACTURING

We have various laser systems in our own laboratory in Aachen and at the Technical College Cologne Campus Gummersbach. With this we develop laser processes and make subcontracting. In Aachen we can also work on harmful material. We can even come to them with our own devices and test stands. Through the college we do laser processing in high vacuum or inert gas and could e.g. Work on components of organic electronics or use generative processes that avoid air bubbles or the oxidation of metals or prevent redeposition during laser ablation.

DESIGN OF OPTICAL SYSTEMS & ASSEMBLIES

We build optical systems and assemblies for integration into machines or other systems. This can be, for example, alternative beam-shaping units in which the machining distance is less critical or measuring systems for process control.

DESIGN PROTOTYPES & LABORATORY SETUPS

We develop test and laboratory equipment and give our equipment for rent for temporary use in production. We also use your existing equipment, access used or rented components, or buy the expensive components. Your advantage: this is cost-effective and the warranty claims of the components and the intellectual property rights remain with you.

SUPPORT FOR PLANNING OF PRODUCTION FACILITIES

We have 15 years experience in developing and building complex laser production systems. While we do not supply turnkey laser equipment, we provide concepts, cost estimates, specifications, and help select the right machine builder. In addition, we help you or your machine builder with the integration of lasers, including laser safety reports and process optimizations.
