We are a small group of freelance knitters and crafters who are passionate about handmade products. We love and care about what we do. All of the products made by attic are carefully designed and beautifully crafted by hand. Each item has its own character and charm.

We select our material very carefully, using the highest quality organic cotton, organic wool, organic bamboo, cashmere and other natural fabrics and yarns. They are incredibly soft which is great for babies and they are very kind to our planet.

We enjoy making our products and quality and attention to detail are the principles of attic as a brand. We design most of the products in house and most of us have young children or young grandchildren, so we always have your babies in mind when we design our products. Our designs are exquisite, classic and most importantly very comfortable to wear.

We are proud to say that our products are finished in our Dorset studio, whilst the yarns and fabrics are sourced worldwide. All our yarns are certified organic by OCIA and Oeko-Tex 100. Organic bamboo forests are managed under strict FSC certification, and all of our yarns have passed REACH test.

How do we make our toys?
Some of us crochet or knit the limbs, some of us would make the heads and body, then all the parts will be sent to one knitter lady who is especially responsible for sewing all the parts together.We will do the final check when they are all finished. We think that is the best way to make these lovely toys in the same size and also safe to use.
