Machinery plant "Astra" Ab produces equipment made from stainless steel for food and beverage industry:

- Brewery equipment: brewhouse, fermentation, yeast propagation and storage tanks;
- Equipment for alcohol production: alcohol distillation and rectification, fermentation, volume gauge tanks, mixing tanks, equipment for flavoring (alambic), coloring machine, active carbon filters, sand filters and other equipment;
- Equipment for diaries: milk storage tanks, yoghurt production tanks, equipment for the curd cheese production, milk coolers and milk floats, other equipment;
- Customized CIP units with digital operation;
- Customized products from stainless steel such as: module pasteurizing equipment, water fan-coolers, stainless steel containers, trolleys.

In production, company applies modern technology in stainless steel working and machinery production: anatomic welding, cutting, stamping, bending machines with digital operation, special equipment for the manufacturing of tank heads and cooling/ heating jacket, bottoms and other parts, equipment for polishing works.

All materials and components are supplied from EU producers what ensures high quality and reliability. Since 2000 the company has implemented the quality system ISO 9001 and since 2003 ISO 14001 environment management system.
