"InTheKitchen" was created by Mo Chase and Jan Daniels in early 2010.

"InTheKitchen" started off marketing the airLock vacuum system with other products at local markets, but soon expanded their horizons by travelling all over Australia to meet a wider range of customers by attending caravan and camping shows, 4WD shows, field days, home, and food & wine shows to exhibit the airlock vacuum sealer range of products.
