The increasing cooperation with Rigaku, one of the leaders in the fields of X-ray technology, requires a very high standard of application knowledge and support. Today, with hundreds of major innovations to Rigaku’s credit, we are proud to be a part of the leaders in the fields of X-ray diffraction (XRD), thin film analysis (XRF, XRD and XRR), X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (TXRF, EDXRF and WDXRF) and small molecule X-ray crystallography.

In 2018 Thermo Scientific appointed AddspeX as distributor for their X-Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) systems.
