More than 15 years of outstanding research in 3D-cell culture and microfabrication have led to a cost-effective, polymer film based production technology of 3D cell culture systems which are now ready for the market. The so-called microcavity arrays can be manufactured in nearly all sizes and forms und can therefore be tailored to the specific cell type/assay/application. Besides static systems in microtiter plate format, 300MICRONS also offers dynamic systems,so-called microbioreactors, that can house microcavity arrays in chip format.

The flexible technology allows us to translate customer specific needs into tailored products so that 300MICRONS is capable to function as an OEM manufacturer. Last but not least, 300MICRONS is offering contract research and cell delivery services.

The team is led by Stefan Giselbrecht, Roman Truckenmüller and Eric Gottwald, together having more than 40 years of experience in microsystems technology and biology.
