After years of yo-yo dieting, I switched to a whole food, plant-based diet and it revolutionised my health. I founded my company, Plantalicious Ltd, to help others make the same positive change to a meat-reducer lifestyle.

What are our products made from?
The main ingredient in More Than Meat is Wheat Protein or Wheat Gluten. We add beans, nutritional yeast and flours to vary the texture and then flavour it with natural flavourings, herbs and spices. Our products are NOT SUITABLE for Coeliacs and all allergens are clearly detailed on the ingredients list.
All of our products are free of: meat, diary and eggs and have virtually no added fats and low salt, which makes them suitable for vegans, vegetarians and meat reducers alike. The only exception is out sausage rolls, which by their nature of being encased in pastry are higher in fat
