AQUALEX develops drinking water systems and multifunctional design taps for filtered cooled, sparkling and hot water. The drinking water systems, which combine innovation and design, bring tastefully filtered drinking water into every interior. AQUALEX is the partner of choice for architects and delivers to companies and households as well as to the hospitality industry, educational, healthcare and governmental institutions.

The company was founded in 2010 by CEO Alexander Vanlerberghe. He was wondering why we still buy bottled water when there is so much tap water available. Initially, he only distributed tap water coolers to companies, but soon he was asked whether the systems also existed for homes. So, he came up with an answer: a kitchen tap offering no less than five different types of water: cold and hot tap water, still and sparkling drinking water and boiling water.
